Background to the Assignment

In essence, you have created a body of your own work this semester that might be considered your “writing portfolio.”  The portfolio is meant to be a body of work which shows your progression through the writing process of drafting and revising your papers in a collaborative atmosphere. For this writing portfolio, you will review what you have done over the semester in order to comment on the development and progress you have made as a writer.  You will demonstrate your progress by including two major writing projects, and a self-reflective essay.

Requirements

Your ePortfolio is to be done online using Canvas.

You will be selecting two major assignments for presenting in the ePortfolio.  The first assignment you choose should be a piece that you have revised. The second major assignment should be one that reflects your best writing for the course. For each of the major assignment you should make a page that displays your best work and give some evaluation of the assignment.

Included in the ePortfolio you'll upload your Self Reflection Essay. (See requirements on the assignments sheet.)

And finally you'll need to publish your ePortfolio by sending me a link to the completed work.

Once you have completed your ePortfolio copy the URL and submit it for grading.

Make sure the portfolio is PUBLIC.

You can get a sense of how to build your ePortfolio by following these steps to get started.
