Task: 8 Lines Assignments. The 8LA is a word document you will turn in Canvas each Wednesday before midnight. It consists of 4 facts or concepts you like from the assigned chapters reading and 4 facts of concepts that need more clarification on the same reading. Name the word document as following: First name Last Name 8LA assignment number (ex: Tauzin sebastien 8LA 1.doc) and upload it in the appropriate assignment.

Purpose: The goal of this assignment is to get familiar with the material we are going to cover during the up-coming week. By reading the chapter before our meetings, I anticipate that you will have already identified what causes you trouble and you will be able to ask more pertinent and personal questions (in a sense that they have particular interest to you) during our meeting time. Also, I hope that the “I like:” lines will generate a positive attitude toward the material.
Grading: 5 points per 8LA, no late turn-in is accepted except in case of legitimate and justified emergency.

You can miss the 8LA twice during the semester. The 8LA #1 is not graded. It is a practice. |
